Emotions are energy that move through the body. The latin word for emotion 'emotere' literally means energy in motion.
Emotional energy is neutral however it is the feeling sensation and physiological reaction that creates negative or positive emotions.
It is your interpretation of the emotional energy that gives it meaning. Negative emotions become trapped in our bodies because we have so many limiting beliefs or stories we have created about past experiences and our feelings about them.
When you restore balance to the body's energy you will mend negative emotions and physical symptoms that are created from energy disruption. Tapping restores the body's energy balance.
Tapping provides relief from chronic pain, emotional problems, disorders, addictions, phobias, post traumatic stress disorder and physical diseases.
The healing concepts that its based upon have been in practice in Eastern medicine for over 5,000 years. Like acupuncture and acupressure Tapping is a set of techniques which utilize the body's energy meridian points. You can stimulate these meridian points by tapping on them with your fingertips – literally tapping into your body's own healing power.
Your body is very powerful and has an amazing ability to heal itself. Tapping is simple and painless and can be learned by anyone. Tapping is becoming more and more popular as we awaken to use more ancient healing techniques and wisdom.
