When life becomes stressful and I am triggered by my ego I will do something kind for someone in order to raise my vibration and it always makes me feel better. It is a great way to become more present and a reminder to live from the heart rather than the ego.
Here are some random acts of kindness that you can do for someone:
When buying a coffee for yourself pay for the next person in line.
Help someone load their car with groceries
Pay double for bus fare so that the next person can have a free ride
Pay someone a compliment
Give someone flowers
Shovel someone's driveway
Walk a neighbour's dog
Volunteer at a homeless shelter
Leave your server a generous tip with a kind note
