Two Day Workshop
How we think and speak leads to our bodies “eases” and “dis-eases”. We create every dis-ease in our body due to our own thought patterns. You will learn how these conditions come about, and how to listen to what our body is telling us through its dis-eases and discomforts. Essentially, patterns of thought relating to resentment, criticism, guilt and fear are the main contributors to our so-called illnesses. Forgiveness and releasing these thought patterns (alongside healthy nutrition and care for your body) are the key to wellness.

Understand the chakras and how they correlate to specific body ailment and physical dysfunctions
Learn the tools such as EFT Tapping, Bach Flower Remedies, Solfeggio Frequencies & yoga poses that will help you release and heal negative thought patterns and emotions
